How do I request a site assessment?

Can I ask about both security and cleaning?
Yes. We offer both security and cleaning. Contact us to discuss a combined service plan for your property.
How are availability and pricing confirmed?
We discuss your location, required services and timing before confirming availability and providing a written scope and price.
How are security requirements assessed?
Useful information includes the property type, operating hours, access points, expected duties, known concerns, reporting needs and escalation arrangements.
Does access control include electronic systems?
Electronic equipment supply, installation, monitoring and maintenance are not assumed. The assessment separates staffed procedures from any technology requirement.
How is a cleaning requirement planned?
The scope depends on the premises, rooms, surfaces, occupancy, frequency, access window, products, equipment, consumables and agreed quality checks.
Do you offer routine and deep cleaning?
Yes. We offer daily and scheduled cleaning as well as detailed cleaning for high-traffic and priority areas. The frequency and tasks are agreed around your premises.
How do I check whether my location can be supported?
We are based in Khayelitsha, Western Cape. Call or email us with your area and the service you need so we can confirm availability.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
Share your site type, general location, service needs and timing. Keep alarm codes, passwords and sensitive security information out of your initial enquiry.
