What this website provides
The website introduces our security, cleaning, technical and maintenance services and lets you start a conversation about a property or site. Descriptions explain the types of work that may be discussed; they are not a quotation, a site-specific risk assessment or confirmation that a service is available at a particular location.
From enquiry to agreement
Sending an enquiry does not book personnel, start a service or create a service agreement. Before work begins, the parties need to agree the applicable scope and commercial terms in writing, including:

A submission reference confirms that the website saved your enquiry. It does not confirm email delivery, acceptance of work or a booked service. If you do not receive a response, contact the team by phone or email and quote the reference.
Urgent or operational matters
Do not use the website form to report an emergency, request immediate dispatch or send time-critical instructions. For an urgent operational matter, call the control room directly. A 24-hour control-room number does not itself promise attendance, a response time or a particular response service; those arrangements depend on the agreed service scope.
